Production Worker 3-Shift

Are you ready for a challenging role as a production worker in Hoogeveen? In this position, you work in a 3-shift system, with night shifts starting on Sunday and rotating shifts every week. You monitor the production line where plastic pipes are made, check the quality, and ensure everything is properly processed for shipment. You resolve malfunctions as much as possible yourself and are responsible for a clean workplace and a tidy line. You work 36 to 40 hours per week and no day is the same. At the start of your shift, you take over the line from your colleague, do a round to check if everything is working well, and start your tasks. You inspect the pipes, pack them, and report errors immediately. For minor malfunctions, you try to fix them yourself. You work together with colleagues and coordinate with logistics.
