  • Are you a real go-getter, not afraid of physically demanding work, and looking for a long-term job? Experience is not necessary, but motivation is!

    For a production company in Ter Aar, we are looking for a motivated production worker who enjoys working with machines and wants to commit to the company for a longer period.

    You will be working at a production company that produces sustainable plastic pots and trays for horticulture. You work in an active production environment where large machines are continuously running.

    Your tasks include, among other things:

    • Operating and monitoring production machines;
    • Checking products for quality;
    • Identifying malfunctions;
    • Assisting with setting up and converting machines;
    • Performing physical production work and ensuring the production process runs smoothly.

    No experience is needed! You will be taught the tasks and learn how to operate the machines. The most important thing is that you are motivated, eager to work, and willing to learn.

    You work full-time, from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.

    Important: know what you're getting into! This is physically demanding work in an environment with a lot of machine noise. You stand and move almost your entire workday and must be willing to really engage physically. The machines make a lot of noise, and you must be able to handle that well. Of course, you work according to the applicable safety regulations.

    Are you looking for quiet, light production work or do you have trouble with loud noises? Then unfortunately, this position is not suitable for you.

We offer

    • A full-time position in Ter Aar;
    • Fixed working hours from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday;
    • A job focused on long-term collaboration;
    • Working at a production company in the horticulture sector;
    • The opportunity to learn how to operate production machines;
    • An active work environment where you can really roll up your sleeves.

We ask

    • You are physically fit and have no problem working standing and actively all day;
    • You can handle a noisy production environment well;
    • You enjoy working with machines and learning new things;
    • You are reliable, motivated, and like to roll up your sleeves;
    • Experience is absolutely not required;
    • You are looking for long-term work.

    We are looking for someone who really wants to stay! We are not looking for temporary support, but someone who wants to commit for a longer period and become part of the team. The company is happy to invest time and energy in someone who wants to get to know the machines well. Are you only looking for temporary work or do you already know that you want to do something else in a year? Then this vacancy is not the right match for you.
