  • As a production team leader, you play a central role on the work floor. You work full-time, 40 hours per week. You manage the production team and distribute the work. You monitor the progress, productivity, and quality of the production process. You check whether products meet the requirements and intervene in case of deviations. You ensure a safe, healthy, and tidy working environment. Together with planning, you look at how best to deploy employees, machines, and materials. You keep an eye on the availability of raw materials. In case of malfunctions, you coordinate directly with the technical service.

    On an average workday, you start with a short work meeting. Then you distribute the tasks and motivate the team. You check the progress on the lines and check the quality. Are there any deviations? Then you take appropriate measures immediately. You consult with other departments and handle quality complaints according to procedures. You train new colleagues and conduct work and performance reviews. You actively think about improvements for processes, quality, and efficiency. You do the administration and end the day with a short reflection.

Production Worker / Operator

Are you looking for a challenging position as a production worker in Dedemsvaart? In this role, you work with a small team on the production of plastic profiles. You operate machines, package products, and check quality. The working hours are fixed: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30. You work 37.5 hours per week and receive a salary between €14.71 and €17 per hour. You start your day by setting up the machines, checking if everything is working properly, and starting production. During the process, you watch for deviations and solve problems immediately. You actively think about improvements in the production process.
