  • Are you a planner at heart and love to organize everything well? Then come work as a Production Planner Support at PostNL in Alphen aan den Rijn! You ensure that routes are planned efficiently and that staffing aligns well with the planning. Thanks to your work, drivers can hit the road well-prepared and packages are delivered to the customer on time. As a Production Planner Support, you work in a close-knit support team. Together with your colleagues, you ensure efficient operational support of the depot. You have a lot of contact with drivers and colleagues and ensure that the daily planning runs smoothly. You continuously maintain an overview, quickly adapt when the situation changes, and ensure that the routes are optimally staffed. You take into account the available staff, the operational planning, and the costs. Your tasks include preparing staff and route schedules, coordinating and adjusting existing schedules, and maintaining contact with drivers and colleagues at the depot. You monitor the progress of the planning, identify any bottlenecks, and report these to your supervisor. Additionally, you ensure that the planning is carried out according to applicable laws and regulations and actively think about solutions in unexpected situations. You work between Monday and Saturday. The working days vary per week: one week you work from Monday to Friday, the other week from Tuesday to Saturday. Part-time work is also possible, for example on Monday and Saturday. The position is available for 16 to 39.25 hours per week. Working hours may vary, with you mainly working within the following time slots: Monday between 07:00 and 23:30, and Tuesday to Saturday between 06:30 and 23:30. Flexibility in working hours and days is therefore important.

  • • A varied position within the logistics operation of PostNL, where you have a lot of responsibility and make an important contribution to the smooth running of the daily planning; • A contract for 16 to 39.25 hours per week; • A contract of 7 months, with a 2-month probation period and the possibility of extension; • A salary of €2,681.83 to €4,253.06 gross per month based on a full-time position (scale 5); • Travel allowance; • 5 weeks of vacation per year; • 8% holiday pay, paid in May; • A good pension scheme through the PostNL Pension Fund; • Extra hours worked are paid. You can also save these hours and take them later as days off; • Membership of the PostNL staff association, which gives you discounts on, among other things, insurance, events, vacations, and various products.

We ask

  • • Minimum MBO 4 working and thinking level, preferably in a logistics direction; • Experience with logistics planning and administration; • Good command of planning software, Microsoft Office, and other IT applications; • Good command of the Dutch language; • At least 18 years old; • Flexibly deployable and willing to work on different days and times.
