In our sorting center, we work hard 24/7 to deliver parcels and registered letters on time. You play a crucial role in ensuring that parcel deliverers take the correct parcels and that everyone is in the right place on time. In case of problems, you quickly look for a suitable solution. You have a lot of contact with parcel deliverers and are the point of contact for them on the work floor. Additionally, you actively participate in the logistics process. Your tasks include being the first point of contact for parcel deliverers and solving problems, both on the work floor and by phone. You ensure that all parcels and registered letters are processed on time and completely, check and process shipments that could not be delivered, assist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing parcels, and contribute to good cooperation on the work floor.

You ensure that routes are planned efficiently and that staffing aligns well with the planning. Thanks to your work, drivers can hit the road well-prepared and packages are delivered to the customer on time. As a Production Planner Support, you work in a close-knit support team. Together with your colleagues, you ensure efficient operational support of the depot. You have a lot of contact with drivers and colleagues and ensure that the daily planning runs smoothly. You continuously maintain an overview, quickly adapt when the situation changes, and ensure that the routes are optimally staffed. You take into account the available staff, the operational planning, and the costs. Your tasks include preparing staff and route schedules, coordinating and adjusting existing schedules, and maintaining contact with drivers and colleagues at the depot. You monitor the progress of the planning, identify any bottlenecks, and report these to your supervisor. Additionally, you ensure that the planning is carried out according to applicable laws and regulations and actively think about solutions in unexpected situations. You work between Monday and Saturday. The working days vary per week: one week you work from Monday to Friday, the other week from Tuesday to Saturday. Part-time work is also possible, for example on Monday and Saturday. The position is available for 16 to 39.25 hours per week. Working hours may vary, with you mainly working within the following time slots: Monday between 07:00 and 23:30, and Tuesday to Saturday between 06:30 and 23:30. Flexibility in working hours and days is therefore important.
