  • Are you ready to play an important role in the production of sustainable energy solutions? As an operator or production employee, you are involved in various aspects of the production process. You operate, set up, and monitor machines and production lines. Additionally, you assemble solar panels and solar modules, check product quality, and identify deviations. You perform simple maintenance and resolve minor malfunctions. You also keep track of production data and register it. Together with your colleagues, you work on improving the quality and efficiency of the production process.

We ask

Production Operator 3 Shifts

As a Production Operator, you are an important link within the production process. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that production runs safely, efficiently, and according to the correct quality standards. You work full-time, 40 hours per week, in a 3-shift system. No day is exactly the same. You closely monitor the production process and intervene when necessary. Your tasks include setting up and operating production machines, monitoring and overseeing the production process, identifying and resolving minor technical malfunctions, performing checks to ensure quality, supplying and removing raw materials using a forklift, regularly inspecting the production floor, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the production process runs as smoothly as possible.
