Operator / Production Employee

As a Technical Operator, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production process. Your tasks include reading and interpreting technical drawings and work orders, setting up, operating, and monitoring production machines, timely replenishment of raw materials and supplies, performing quality checks, identifying, recording, and reporting deviations or malfunctions, solving minor malfunctions, performing various tasks around the production process, and keeping your workplace neat and clean.

As a welder, you are responsible for assembling and welding various metal parts and structures. You work independently based on technical drawings and ensure that each product meets the desired quality standards. You start your workday with a brief meeting with your colleagues, where the planning, tasks, and key focus points are discussed. Then you set up your workspace, check the materials, and get to work. Your tasks include performing MIG/MAG and/or TIG welding tasks, reading and applying technical drawings, preparing and checking materials, assembling and finishing various metal products, checking your own welding work for quality and accuracy, identifying deviations and potential improvements, and keeping your workspace neat, safe, and organized. You work together with experienced colleagues in an informal work environment where quality and safety are important.
