  • As a Process Support Employee, you work full-time (40 hours) in a close-knit team. You ensure that trips start, proceed, and end smoothly. Thanks to your administrative precision, the operation runs flawlessly every day. You work in rotating shifts: day, evening, or night. On Saturdays and Sundays, you receive extra allowances. Your day begins with managing daily lists in Excel and the Transport Management System (TMS). You check trips, process deviations, and record incidents. You plan replacement trips in case of cancellations and monitor departure times. You also receive visitors and suppliers and ensure safety and order in the warehouse. You work closely with colleagues from Customer Support and Transport Planning. You make a difference through your accuracy and service. You maintain an overview, identify bottlenecks, and actively think about improvements. Your input is important for reports and ensuring all processes run smoothly. We ask

  • • 2 to 5 years of experience in a logistics or administrative role; • Experience with Excel and Transport Management Systems; • Good command of Dutch (speaking, reading, writing); • You can manage in English; Polish is a plus; • You are stress-resistant, customer-oriented, and work in a structured manner; • Willing to work irregular shifts, including weekends; • You live within 30 km of Rotterdam-Albrandswaard; • Own transport to the location; • Certificate of Conduct (VOG) required (costs are reimbursed).
