You answer first-line questions over the phone, welcome candidates, temporary workers, and other visitors, and help people with their questions so they reach the right colleague. But it certainly doesn't have to stop there! The more you develop yourself, the more responsibility you get. Think, for example, of searching for candidates and taking on recruitment, conducting intake interviews, creating contracts, maintaining contact with clients, and brainstorming about how we can better match candidates and vacancies. As a mobile employee, you are indispensable in the nursing home. You work 20 to 30 hours per week, mainly between 08:00 and 16:00. You ensure that clothing and linens are always clean and neatly folded, ready for residents. This work is important because you directly contribute to the daily comfort of the people living here. You collect used laundry and deliver clean clothing and linens to the correct rooms. During your rounds, you neatly place everything in the closet and keep a close eye on the inventory. You regularly conduct counts and ensure everything remains organized. You have a lot of contact with residents and care staff. You are the main point of contact for questions about the laundry.
