  • As a Process Support Employee in Rotterdam, you are an essential link in the logistics process. You work 40 hours a week in day, evening, and night shifts, including weekends. You ensure that trips start and end well, keep the administration up to date, and check everything in the system. You work with Excel and the Transport Management System (TMS) and have a lot of contact with drivers, planners, and visitors. Your day starts with managing trip lists, checking executions, and recording deviations. You process notifications, assist in planning replacement trips if necessary, and close trips correctly. You receive visitors, assign docks, and ensure everyone follows the rules. You prepare reports, analyze process data, and help improve working methods. Thanks to your approach, the logistics operation runs smoothly and according to the rules. We ask

  • • You have at least mbo level 3 or 4, preferably in logistics or administration; • You have 2 to 5 years of experience in a logistics, administrative, or planning role; • You speak and write good Dutch; English is a plus; • You are customer-oriented, stress-resistant, and good at planning and organizing; • You can work with Excel and TMS systems; • You are willing to work irregular shifts; • You can apply for a VOG (costs are reimbursed).
