  • As a personal guide in Nijkerk, you work 24 to 28 hours a week in a small-scale residential location. Here, eighteen (young) adults with a mild intellectual disability live. You provide personal guidance and contribute to a homely, calm atmosphere. The residents have their own studios and share a garden and living room. You offer tailored guidance and light support with daily activities.

    A workday starts with a handover. Then you see who you will help today with structure and daily planning. You assist with personal care or household tasks, have coffee together, and chat. You help residents make their own choices and identify what someone needs. You also work on goals, reports, and consult with colleagues. Your day is full of small moments of real contact.
