As a reach truck driver, you are responsible for moving pallets and goods with the reach truck, loading and unloading trucks, order picking, and preparing orders. Additionally, you check incoming and outgoing goods, replenish stock, and keep the warehouse tidy. It is important that you work according to safety guidelines. The tasks may vary per employer and warehouse location.

As a Process Support Employee, you are, together with a team of 3-6 support colleagues, the indispensable link between the office and the work floor. Together with the Support Manager, you are responsible for the smooth running of all trips at PostNL Extra@Home in Amersfoort. Throughout the day, you coordinate with transport planning, the supervisors/coordinators on the floor, and customer service to solve problems immediately. Your daily priorities are to start, run, and close trips flawlessly in our Transport Management System (TMS), to keep operational Excel lists and shipment, action, and return lists accurately, and to arrange replacement trips when necessary. You are the point of contact for drivers, suppliers, and maintenance technicians and ensure the issuance and return of tools such as handheld scanners and access passes. Additionally, you check freight documents, handle cash on delivery settlements, and ensure that day and night reports are accurate. You analyze process and scan data and monitor safety at the depot. As a Coordinator Logistics, you are responsible for managing various subprocesses at the depot, such as sorting, distribution, returns, and cross-dock. You lead a team of logistics employees and guide them based on performance and behavior. You monitor the progress of the processes, analyze deviations, and intervene to meet the daily schedule. You focus on key KPIs such as efficiency, quality, customer orientation, compliance, and sustainability. In the absence of the Logistics Supervisor, you make important decisions during process disruptions. You hold daily meetings with the Logistics Supervisor, Depot Manager, and fellow coordinators. You ensure that contract and work agreements are adhered to and escalate in a timely manner if they are not. Additionally, you ensure a safe and positive working environment and compliance with occupational health, environmental, and safety regulations.
