  • As a personal caregiver in Oosterwolde, you guide clients with intellectual disabilities and often accompanying psychological or forensic issues. You are patient, clear, and involved. Some clients benefit from one-on-one guidance, while others thrive in group settings. You start your day with a handover from colleagues and together assess who needs extra attention. You guide clients in their daily routine, provide structure, and encourage where possible. Sometimes you work in the living group, sometimes you support day activities. No day is the same, but you always know why you do it: a more stable, meaningful day for your client. Collaboration is a given. You receive guidance from your team manager and treatment supervisor, and your observations are indispensable in drafting and adjusting treatment plans. There is a lot of specialist knowledge within the organization, but you are the one closest to the client. Your input is therefore also important!

Where will you be working?
