At HANOS, Christmas starts in September! In a festively decorated production hall, you work with an enthusiastic team on thousands of Christmas packages that are delivered throughout the Netherlands. While Christmas music plays in the background, you ensure that each package looks perfect. You work on the assembly line and place various products in the Christmas packages according to a clear example. Additionally, you check if each package is complete, replenish products at your workstation, and ensure a smooth production process with your colleagues. It is an active role where you are on the move all day and work together in a pleasant, energetic work environment.

Are you someone who likes to work with your hands and is technically inclined? As a production worker, you work on various parts of boilers. You assemble parts, check the quality, and follow clear work instructions. You mainly work day shifts from 07:00 to 15:45. During busy periods, you may temporarily work in two shifts. You will be well-trained and continuously learn new tasks, keeping your work varied. You work with modern machines and technical drawings in a clean and safe production hall. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the products are ready on time and meet the right quality standards. A great job if you want to develop yourself!

As a Production Leader, you are the linchpin on the work floor and ensure that the production line runs smoothly. You manage employees daily, monitor the quality of the Christmas packages, and ensure that production targets are met. You distribute tasks within the team and resolve bottlenecks during the production process. Before the start of each production line, you check the sample package and the accompanying order with the team. You ensure that the right employees are in the right place and that the work pace is well adjusted. After completing an order, you ensure a neat closure and preparation for the next order. Besides efficiency and planning, a positive working atmosphere is important. You contribute to an enthusiastic and pleasant working environment where employees enjoy working together.
