You are the point of contact for delivery personnel, process packages administratively, and provide support with questions and issues. Thanks to the variety between counter, office, and warehouse, no day is the same. On an average workday, you start by checking the schedule and assisting drivers. You process incoming and outgoing shipments, register discrepancies, and resolve problems quickly. You manage scanners and access passes, order materials, and ensure the depot runs smoothly. During peak hours, you quickly switch between different tasks. You regularly process daily reports and help colleagues where needed.
