As a planning employee, you work in a 3-shift system with shifts from 07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, or 23:00-07:00, including Saturdays. Your role combines administration, logistics, and driver support. You are the point of contact for delivery personnel, process packages administratively, and provide support with questions and issues. Thanks to the variety between counter, office, and warehouse, no day is the same. On an average workday, you start by checking the schedule and assisting drivers. You process incoming and outgoing shipments, register discrepancies, and resolve problems quickly. You manage scanners and access passes, order materials, and ensure the depot runs smoothly. During peak hours, you quickly switch between different tasks. You regularly process daily reports and help colleagues where needed. You are often on the move and maintain oversight in a dynamic environment. This position is ideal for you if you gain energy from contact with people, enjoy organizing, and want to develop yourself.
