For a parcel sorting center of PostNL, we are looking for an OTC employee. As an OTC employee, you are an important link within the logistics process. You ensure that shipments are processed correctly and depart on time with the right transport driver. You work together with drivers, planners, and operational managers and keep a cool head when the pace is high. You ensure that all shipments depart fully and on time with the right transport driver. You load and unload incoming and outgoing goods flows, check shipments and transport documents, perform administrative tasks related to transport movements, identify deviations within the logistics process, and help resolve them. You also repair packages that have been rejected during the sorting process. You work from Monday to Saturday, and it may happen that you are scheduled on Sunday. The possible shifts are: 06:00 - 14:30, 09:30 - 18:00, 14:30 - 23:00, and 22:00 - 06:00. You get a lot of responsibility, work in a friendly team, and contribute to a smooth logistics process.
