As a field interviewer in Zaandam, you work independently in your own region for CBS. You visit people at home who have been invited for a survey but have not yet responded. You set your own schedule and work flexibly 16 to 24 hours per week, mainly in the evenings. The work is varied, and you have a lot of freedom to organize your day. Your day starts with reviewing your addresses and planning your route. You make unannounced visits, conduct interviews, and persuade people to participate in the survey. If someone is not home, you return up to six times. You record your visits with a tablet or laptop in the CBS system. In addition to the interviews, you keep your administration digitally and report your findings. This job is ideal if you enjoy working independently, can plan well, and like to connect with people.
