Commercial Consultant
As a consultant, you fulfill the role of account manager, consultant, and coach in one. You start your week with a cup of coffee and a conversation with your colleagues. Then you dive into the action board: where are the opportunities in the market, which clients will you speak to today, and which candidates can you propose?
You are constantly on the move. One day you visit (potential) clients in the Ede region, the next day you speak with temporary workers and candidates.
You build sustainable relationships, know what is happening with your clients, and respond smartly. Do you see an opportunity? Then you seize it. Acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships is an important part of your role.
Together with the team, you ensure success in the region. You brainstorm a lot, celebrate successes together, and help each other to become a little better every day. No day is the same, and that is precisely what makes this position so fun and varied.
