As a production employee in Waddinxveen, you work in a team on the assembly line. You unpack boxes, open them, and apply stickers to products. You work full-time, 32 to 40 hours per week, in two shifts: from 05:45 to 14:45 and from 15:00 to 24:00, from Monday to Friday. On a workday, you start with colleagues on your line. As a Team Leader VAS, you will manage a team of production employees in Waddinxveen. This full-time role includes rotating night shifts, offering you extra allowances and flexibility. You will have the freedom to implement your ideas and drive continuous improvement within the team and processes. Your day begins with a stand-up meeting to discuss schedules and goals. You will coach and motivate your team, coordinate daily activities, monitor progress, and intervene when necessary. Utilizing the WMS system, you will effectively plan internal logistics and contribute ideas for improvements. You will ensure compliance with safety, HACCP, and BRC regulations and be part of the Emergency Response Team (BHV).
