As an order picker at Royal FloraHolland in Aalsmeer, you make a difference every morning. You work together with a large and friendly team and ensure that flowers and plants reach the right customer on time. You start at 06:00, allowing you to fully enjoy your afternoon after your shift. Perfect if you love active work and free afternoons! Every day is different. You pick up your own cart full of flowers and distribute them over the customers' carts. Through a headset, you hear exactly where your flowers need to go. You smoothly drive an electric tractor through the logistics hall. No driver's license is needed, we teach you everything. You lift the most beautiful plants and flowers from your cart to the customer's. Additionally, you ensure that orders are correct and assist with other logistical tasks. We ask

  • • Minimum of VMBO working and thinking level; • You are at least 18 years old; • You are fit and can lift flower carts; • You are at least 1.65 meters tall; • You can start at 06:00 in Aalsmeer; • You are available on at least 2 weekday mornings; • You can work for at least 7 months; • You speak good Dutch or English; • You can provide a VOG (this is reimbursed); • You live within 30 km of Aalsmeer; • You are collegial, involved, and work accurately.
