As a Team Leader Logistics in Amsterdam-Duivendrecht, you work full-time in shifts. You are responsible for managing your logistics team and ensuring that orders are processed quickly and correctly and are ready for shipment. You are a working foreman or forewoman: you lead and participate yourself. On a workday, you start with the team, distribute tasks, and maintain oversight. You assist with order picking, check quality, and make adjustments where necessary. You motivate your colleagues and ensure a pleasant and safe atmosphere. You work closely with other departments to ensure everything runs smoothly. The working hours are flexible in three shifts: 07:00-16:00, 15:00-24:00, 22:00-07:00.
