  • As a Team Leader Logistics in Amsterdam-Duivendrecht, you work full-time in shifts. You are responsible for managing your logistics team and ensuring that orders are processed quickly and correctly and are ready for shipment. You are a working foreman or forewoman: you lead and participate yourself. On a workday, you start with the team, distribute tasks, and maintain oversight. You assist with order picking, check quality, and make adjustments where necessary. You motivate your colleagues and ensure a pleasant and safe atmosphere. You work closely with other departments to ensure everything runs smoothly. The working hours are flexible in three shifts: 07:00-16:00, 15:00-24:00, 22:00-07:00. We ask

  • • Mbo+ working and thinking level; • 2 to 10 years of experience as a manager in logistics; • Good command of Dutch and/or English; • Experience with order picking systems (WMS) and SAP is a plus; • You are flexibly deployable in shifts; • Strong in communication, motivation, and collaboration; • Problem-solving and stress-resistant.
