As an Operator/Production Worker, you are involved in various tasks within the production process. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your tasks include operating, setting up, and monitoring machines, performing production and assembly tasks, checking products for quality, packaging and preparing products for shipment, identifying and reporting malfunctions or deviations, keeping the workplace clean and tidy, and working according to the applicable safety and quality regulations.

As a foreman/woman, you are responsible for the daily operations on the production floor. Your tasks include guiding and motivating employees, preparing work based on planning, ensuring quality and production goals are met, identifying and addressing issues in the production process, maintaining a safe, clean, and hygienic work environment, and contributing ideas for improvements and more efficient work processes.
Are you ready to play an important role in the production of sustainable energy solutions? As an operator or production employee, you are involved in various aspects of the production process. You operate, set up, and monitor machines and production lines. Additionally, you assemble solar panels and solar modules, check product quality, and identify deviations. You perform simple maintenance and resolve minor malfunctions. You also keep track of production data and register it. Together with your colleagues, you work on improving the quality and efficiency of the production process.
As a production operator, you are responsible for setting up and operating production machines. You monitor the production process and quality, and resolve minor technical malfunctions. Additionally, you ensure the supply and removal of raw materials with the forklift and work together with colleagues to guarantee a smooth production process. You work full-time, 40 hours per week, in a 3-shift system at a production company. The shifts are as follows: morning shift from 05:45 to 14:15, afternoon shift from 13:45 to 22:15, and night shift from 21:45 to 06:15.
