As a supervisor, you are the point of contact in the car wash and ensure that both the team and the customers are satisfied. You visit all locations weekly and are involved in creating a staff schedule, motivating and guiding your team so that every customer leaves with a shiny car and a smile, timely planning of maintenance and monitoring the technical condition of the equipment, rolling up your sleeves and working in the car wash when necessary, and keeping the car washes clean, safe, and well-maintained. A background in technology is a big plus. Additionally, it's important that you are flexibly deployable, as the car washes are also open on weekends. Are you an enthusiastic doer who likes to roll up your sleeves? As a production worker, you work in our modern factory in Meppel. You work full-time, from Monday to Friday, from 7:15 to 16:15, so you always have your evenings and weekends free. Together with your team, you produce plastic window frames and doors. You are involved in the entire process: from preparing materials to assembling and inspecting profiles. On an average workday, you start by setting up the materials. You operate the machines on the production line and closely monitor the production process. You check profiles for size, shape, and quality. Where necessary, you saw or process the profiles and perform small finishing tasks. Then you help with packing and preparing the frames for shipment.
