Production Worker

Are you a real go-getter with leadership qualities? As a supervisor at Joontjes Car Wash, you ensure that everything runs smoothly within our three locations. You maintain oversight, lead the team, and also roll up your sleeves yourself. No day is the same, and that's what makes this role so enjoyable! As a supervisor, you are the point of contact in the car wash and ensure that both the team and the customers are satisfied. You visit all locations weekly and are involved in creating a staff schedule, motivating and guiding your team so that every customer leaves with a shiny car and a smile, timely planning of maintenance and monitoring the technical condition of the equipment, rolling up your sleeves and working in the car wash when necessary, and keeping the car washes clean, safe, and well-maintained. A background in technology is a big plus. Additionally, it's important that you are flexibly deployable, as the car washes are also open on weekends.
