  • As an Operator in Hoogeveen, you work in a modern production environment where metal products are made for the automotive industry. You work 40 hours a week in a 3-shift system, according to an adjusted 4-shift schedule. This means a maximum of 2 night shifts every 4 weeks. Safety, quality, and teamwork are always paramount. You operate various machines, such as presses and other equipment. You check the quality of the products with measuring tools. Do you see a deviation? Then you solve it independently. You also perform minor maintenance and transport materials with a forklift. In the absence of the foreman, you take over his duties and ensure a good handover to the next shift. Your working days are varied. You work together with colleagues for a smooth production process. You keep an overview, monitor the schedule, and intervene when necessary.
