Covering rollers with rubber requires precision and patience. Physical work does not deter you. Your schedule alternates weekly: one week you work from 06:30 to 15:00, the other from 15:00 to 23:30. You start with a short handover, set up the machine, and closely monitor the process. Quality is paramount and you make adjustments where necessary.
