  • As an operator, you work in a stable team at a modern production company that is growing and has therefore created an extra workplace. This position is for a longer period, and you work in a 2-shift system with rubber roller coverings. You grind, mill, and sand materials and operate machines. Physical work does not deter you. Your schedule changes weekly: one week you work from 06:30 to 15:00, the other from 15:00 to 23:30. You start with a short handover, set up the machine, and monitor the process. You pay attention to quality and make adjustments if necessary. Physical strength is important. You work with an experienced team that knows exactly what is expected. We are looking for people who want to learn and develop. You speak good Dutch and are eager to learn more. Do you enjoy tinkering with cars or motorcycles? Then this job is for you.
