  • As an operator, you work in a stable team at a modern production company that is growing. The position is for a longer term, and you work in a 2-shift system with rubber roller coating. You grind, mill, and sand materials and operate machines. Coating rollers with rubber requires precision and patience. Physical work does not deter you. Your schedule changes weekly: one week you work from 06:30 to 15:00, the other from 15:00 to 23:30. You start with a short handover, set up the machine, and monitor the process. Quality comes first, and you adjust if necessary. You work with an experienced team that is well-coordinated. We are looking for people who want to learn and develop themselves.
