Operator

Your day begins with a brief handover from the previous shift, so you know exactly what's happening in production. Then you check your workstation, put on the necessary safety equipment, and get to work. As an operator, you are responsible for the smooth running of the production process. You work with various machines and installations used for producing sand-lime products. You closely monitor processes, perform checks, and intervene when adjustments are needed. You ensure that raw materials are processed according to the correct composition and that production can continue uninterrupted. Additionally, you are involved in the transport of products within the factory and use a forklift when necessary. In this role, you learn about different parts of the production process. You develop your skills in operating machines, monitoring quality, and working according to safety regulations. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that high-quality sand-lime products are produced every day.
