  • Are you ready for a challenging role as a Production Operator in a modern bus factory in Leeuwarden? You work in a 5-shift system: 2 mornings, 2 afternoons, 2 nights, followed by 4 days off. You start in CAO scale 4, with a starting salary at the beginning of this scale. Only in exceptional cases is a higher classification possible. Your technical background is of great importance, as you use your technical insight and analytical skills daily. Together with your team, you ensure that the production lines run smoothly. Your workday begins with a handover, after which you check and adjust machines on, for example, the paint line, welding line, or press line. You coordinate product changes, perform quality checks, and replace wear parts. Your technical knowledge is utilized every day: you understand how a cylinder works and immediately see if something is wrong. You register production orders and support the technical service with maintenance and revisions. You also contribute ideas for improvements. You work for at least 9 months, with the possibility of extension or takeover if you perform well. The start date is negotiable, also possible after the summer. Are you a real tinkerer with technical knowledge? Are you looking for a varied job with a lot of technology and responsibility? Do you want to work in a professional environment with a lot of collegiality, room for development, and 4 days off after your shifts? Then apply directly! Two interviews on location are part of the procedure.
