  • Are you ready for a challenging role as a Medior Recruiter in Meppel? In this position, you are responsible for recruiting and retaining couriers within your region. You work 32 to 40 hours per week and ensure that all neighborhoods in your area are staffed with couriers. This role combines recruitment, sales, and call center activities, which means you have daily contact by phone, chat, and email with potential and existing couriers. You persuade them to work in your region and closely monitor progress. You keep an overview of the key neighborhoods and track the status of open vacancies. You manage the entire process, from the first contact to matching the right courier to a neighborhood. Additionally, you actively contribute ideas for improving recruitment methods and processes. In this role, you work with clear targets and quickly see the results of your efforts. This role offers room to take initiative and further develop yourself.
