Operator

Join our team as an Operator in Brunssum, where you'll work full-time in a modern bakery production environment. Collaborate with your colleagues to ensure a smooth, efficient, and hygienic production process. Your day begins with accurately weighing ingredients and combining them to create the correct dough or batter. The products are then shaped and, depending on the type, baked or chilled. No two days are the same. Every few hours, you'll switch to producing a different product. Since production is based entirely on customer orders, you'll work in a fast-paced environment with healthy time pressure. You'll set up and dismantle production lines whenever products change and ensure they're thoroughly cleaned every night—maintaining high hygiene standards is essential. In addition to operating production equipment, you'll also support the production line whenever needed. After baking or cooling, some products are sliced, filled, and assembled by hand. This artisanal aspect of the job adds variety and makes the work especially rewarding. Once completed, the products are chilled again, frozen, and shipped directly to customers. This position is ideal if you have technical insight, enjoy variety, and like working in a practical, hands-on role. You'll be given plenty of responsibility while working alongside a friendly and supportive team. With an attractive salary, shift allowance, and excellent opportunities for career growth, this is a great opportunity to build your future.
