As the central point of contact, you work full-time (32-40 hours per week) in a team that is always ready for each other. You divide your time between the counter and the warehouse, ensuring a varied and challenging workday. You work in shifts: early (06:00-14:00) or late (14:00-22:00), spread over 4 to 6 days a week, from Monday to Saturday. Your day starts with checking the schedule. You know exactly which drivers are on the road and what is on the schedule. Sometimes things don't go as expected, and then you quickly adjust the schedule. Drivers call you with questions, and you help them immediately. You answer phone calls, process trips, and keep an overview. Is it quiet at the counter? Then you help in the warehouse with processing large packages. This keeps your work active and varied. You ensure that everything runs smoothly. You quickly switch between drivers, customers, and colleagues. You think along with solutions and keep a cool head, even when it's busy. Where will you be working?

You will be working for a service provider in transport and logistics, specializing in the delivery of large and heavy packages to people's homes. The team consists of 10 to 50 colleagues. The atmosphere is informal and involved. Everyone works together to provide the best service to customers. The mission is to deliver every package to the right place at the right time. You work in a dynamic environment where daily coordination takes place between customer, driver, and warehouse.
