Your schedule varies: one week you work four days, the next week six. The working hours are from 06:00 to 14:00 or from 14:00 to 22:00. You are responsible for receiving drivers, keeping track of the schedule, and maintaining contact with drivers on the road. You adjust schedules to current situations and ensure that drivers know exactly what is expected of them. Additionally, you help in the warehouse with processing large packages. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the logistics processes run smoothly. This position is ideal for candidates who are physically fit and enjoy working in a logistics environment. Experience with planning is helpful, but not required. You get a lot of variety and learn daily while contributing to efficient and customer-oriented service within PostNL Extra@Home.

Drivers call you with questions, and you help them immediately. You answer phone calls, process trips, and keep an overview. Is it quiet at the counter?
