As a logistics operator, you work in a 3-shift schedule at a leading manufacturer in Noordwijk. You work full-time (average 36-40 hours per week) in a team of colleagues who are just as committed as you are. Your workday is varied. You load and unload trucks with raw materials, packaging, and finished products. You check the goods and process everything neatly in SAP. You ensure everything ends up in the right place, assist in weighing raw materials, and sometimes help on a packaging line. You also keep everything clean, safe, and organized. You work a lot with the forklift and scanning equipment. You communicate clearly with your team and other departments.

As a Logistics Team Leader in Noordwijk, you work full-time in day shifts. You lead a team of eight colleagues who work in 2- and 5-shift operations. You ensure structure, oversight, and good collaboration. You are visible on the work floor, assist where needed, and maintain an overview when it's busy. You translate the factory's goals to the team and ensure everyone knows what needs to be done.

On an average workday, you lead the team in the logistics process: transporting products, loading bulk trucks, and managing inventories. You order packaging materials, maintain contact with production and the business office, and work on improvement projects. You are the point of contact for internal and external questions and ensure everything runs smoothly. From January 2026, you will guide the team in the transition to a new SAP system.
