  • As a Logistics Team Leader in Noordwijk, you work full-time in day shifts. You lead a team of eight colleagues who work in 2- and 5-shift operations. You ensure structure, oversight, and good collaboration. You are visible on the work floor, assist where needed, and maintain an overview when it's busy. You translate the factory's goals to the team and ensure everyone knows what needs to be done.

    On an average workday, you lead the team in the logistics process: transporting products, loading bulk trucks, and managing inventories. You order packaging materials, maintain contact with production and the business office, and work on improvement projects. You are the point of contact for internal and external questions and ensure everything runs smoothly. From January 2026, you will guide the team in the transition to a new SAP system.

We ask

    • HBO working and thinking level, or MBO with relevant experience;
    • 2 to 10 years of experience in logistics or production;
    • Experience in leading and coaching a team;
    • Familiar with SAP and EBM;
    • Forklift certificate and VCA2;
    • Good command of Dutch, basic English and German;
    • Strong in maintaining oversight, setting priorities, and taking responsibility;
    • Coaching and practical leadership style;
    • Affinity with process improvement.
