- As a Logistics Employee, you and your colleagues are responsible for the smooth and careful execution of daily logistics operations within the warehouse. You are involved in the entire logistics process: from receipt and storage to inventory management and shipping. You work according to fixed procedures and regularly communicate with colleagues from Purchasing and Quality, among others. In addition to your daily logistics tasks, you spend an average of one day per week assembling production kits. You gather the right materials according to the work order and ensure that each kit is complete, correctly labeled, and fully traceable. Your responsibilities include receiving and inspecting incoming goods and processing them in the ERP system. You ensure the storage, distribution, and replenishment of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products. Additionally, you process warehouse transactions and perform inventory checks and cycle counts to keep the inventory administration current and reliable. You process outgoing goods and ensure that released products are shipped correctly and on time. You also handle products in quarantine according to applicable procedures. You load and unload trucks with a forklift and support other logistics tasks and documentation as needed. Finally, you assemble production kits based on work orders and check the materials, quantities, and associated documentation. You accurately register the completed production kits and associated material movements in the ERP system and contribute to a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

We ask
- • You have an mbo working and thinking level; • A completed logistics education is a plus; • You have insight into logistics processes and inventory management; • You have basic knowledge of ERP systems and can work well with Microsoft Office; • Experience or basic knowledge of production and packaging processes is a plus; • You have a good command of the English language; • You work accurately and have an eye for quality, detail, and traceability; • You work both independently and in a team and communicate easily with colleagues from different departments; • You have a forklift certificate or are willing to obtain it through us.
