As a Logistics Supervisor, you have a job with impact. The way you manage the process ensures that the depot remains safe, efficient, and reliable. You are responsible for the daily management and monitoring of all logistics processes, from sorting to distribution. You provide functional leadership to all logistics employees and coordinators. Your days are always dynamic. You ensure that the goals in terms of efficiency, quality, customer focus, safety, and staff performance are met every day. You create a pleasant and safe working environment where your employees can grow. You are closely involved with your team: you conduct performance and appraisal interviews and manage absenteeism. You monitor KPIs closely, identify deviations, and make decisions when there are disruptions in the process. You coordinate daily with internal colleagues and external partners to ensure that contract agreements and performance are secured. You strictly oversee compliance with laws and regulations, safety guidelines, and standardized work agreements.
