At a pharmaceutical wholesaler in Oostrum, you are responsible for packing, checking, and preparing orders for shipment. You work 24 to 32 hours per week, mainly in the months of July, August, and September. You work at least two evenings per week between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM and are also available during school holidays. You start with a salary of €16.03 per hour and work in an informal team with an active staff association. On a workday, you gather orders with your colleagues. Using a handheld scanner, you pack orders and perform a visual check. You check the expiration dates of medicines and ensure everything is neatly and according to regulations ready for shipment. You also process incoming freight and book it into the system. You work accurately and have an eye for detail, ensuring that the medicines arrive on time at the correct healthcare institution.
