- As a production employee in the GDS department, you work at the heart of medication production. You work 24 to 32 hours per week, flexibly between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM. You refill medication, check the quality, and ensure everything is ready for shipment. You work independently, accurately, and contribute to a safe medication process. On an average workday, you start by checking the medication inventory. Then you refill the machines and pay close attention to quality. You check if the packaging is correct and assist your team where needed. Together, you ensure that the orders are ready on time for shipment to healthcare institutions and pharmacies.
