Are you ready to play an important role in healthcare? As a logistics employee for medicines, you work in a modern pharmacy in The Hague. You are responsible for accurately packaging medicines in the GDS department, where they are pre-packaged on large rolls of plastic. You ensure that the correct medicines are neatly torn off and labeled with the patient's name. The work is monotonous but crucial for patient safety. You work from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:30. In consultation, you have a fixed day off, but sometimes overtime is necessary to ensure medicines go out on time. Flexibility is therefore important. A workday starts with a cup of coffee and a team meeting, after which you begin checking and packaging the medicines. You pay close attention to the number of pills and the names of patients. You work together with colleagues in a clean, quiet environment. Midday, you have lunch together and then continue with your tasks. At the end of the day, you check if everything is ready for shipment. Sometimes you need to stay a bit longer to finish everything.
