Logistics Employee at Royal FloraHolland in Aalsmeer 10-23 hours per week

Are you ready for a dynamic role as a logistics employee at the flower auction in Aalsmeer? Here, you ensure that beautiful flowers and plants quickly reach the right place for the customer. And all in a job where you have the afternoons free! Your workday starts at 06:00 AM. You work an average of 4.5 hours a day and then have the rest of the day to yourself. Ideal if you want to combine your work with studies, family, hobbies, or other commitments. You can indicate which two (or more) weekday mornings you are available. You start your morning by collecting a cart full of flowers and plants. Then you ensure that all products reach the right customer. Through your headset, you receive clear instructions on which flowers and plants need to be delivered where. With an electric tractor, you drive through the auction and bring the flowers to the correct carts. No worries: you don't need a driver's license for this. You lift the flowers and plants over and ensure everything is neatly and timely ready for the buyer. Additionally, you are involved in various other logistical tasks, such as checking orders, collecting and distributing flowers and plants, managing customer carts, and ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time. You work with a large and enthusiastic team but also have a lot of responsibility for your own tasks. You are active all morning, so this job suits you well if you prefer being active rather than sitting behind a desk all day. Experience is not necessary. You will receive a good explanation and learn everything you need to work independently.
