While the Netherlands is still asleep, Royal FloraHolland is already bustling with activity. Your workday starts at 06:00 AM. Flowers and plants are ready to be collected and delivered to the right place.

At Royal FloraHolland, you work among flowers and plants, are physically active, and know exactly what is expected of you. Together with friendly colleagues, you ensure that flowers and plants find their way to customers all over the world on time.

As a logistics employee, you will start with order picking. You use an electric tug and cart to pick up the correct orders. On your scanner, you can see which flowers or plants you need to collect and where to find them.

You are constantly on the move and work independently, but you are certainly not alone. Teamwork is important. Royal FloraHolland works with colleagues from different countries and values making everyone feel welcome. Sustainability and making the floriculture sector future-proof also play an important role within the organization.
