You have a lot of contact with parcel deliverers and are the point of contact for them on the work floor. Additionally, you actively participate in the logistics process. Your tasks include being the first point of contact for parcel deliverers and solving problems, both on the work floor and by phone. You ensure that all parcels and registered letters are processed on time and completely, check and process shipments that could not be delivered, assist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing parcels, and contribute to good cooperation on the work floor.
