Logistics Employee 3-shift

You work as a production worker in a modern factory in Hoogeveen. You participate in a 3-shift system and work 36 to 40 hours per week. Your work is varied, and you earn a good salary with extra allowance for the shifts. You receive good guidance and can take courses, for example, to become a Vapro operator. This is a long-term job. Your day begins with checking the production line. You keep a close eye on the machines and monitor the quality of the pipes being made. You resolve minor malfunctions yourself. Additionally, you ensure that your workplace remains neat and clean. The night shifts start on Sunday, and you switch shifts every week.
