As a loader in Rijsenhout, you work a minimum of 16 and a maximum of 32 hours per week and earn €16.70 per hour. As a Customer Relation Specialist, you are responsible for the complete management of our import air freight shipments, with the customer's needs at the forefront. You ensure the correct documentation and coordinate everything with the customer, our offices, and carriers. You proactively keep customers informed about the status of shipments, delivery periods, and rates. You build strong customer relationships and recognize commercial opportunities. Additionally, you are responsible for the administrative processing in our system and ensure correct invoicing.
