Live Chat Employee Arnhem

As the first point of contact, you ensure a smooth and friendly handling. You work a minimum of 24 and a maximum of 40 hours per week. Initially, you work entirely in the office to get properly trained and familiar with the systems. After that, you work hybrid: fixed office days are Monday and Thursday, and on the other days, you can work from home if you wish. This offers a lot of flexibility and a good work-life balance. An average workday starts with opening your computer and starting up the systems. Together with your colleagues, you start the day at the office in Arnhem or log in from home. You monitor incoming chats and respond quickly and clearly to customer questions. For example, you help with questions about deliveries, delays, or package pickups. You use your language skills and analytical ability to provide the right information. You often work on multiple chats simultaneously, so multitasking is important. After the training period, you get extra responsibilities, such as independently handling files. You investigate things, handle cases, and coordinate with your team leader if necessary.
