- As a laundry/textile production employee, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the washing process. You work in a dynamic production environment where large quantities of textiles are processed daily. You start by checking and sorting incoming laundry, processing personal clothing from clients in care institutions, and ensuring that each garment is correctly registered. Using a scanner and digital systems, you register the textiles and link them to the correct order. You then place the laundry on the right carts and sort it for the appropriate washing process. You are versatile and rotate between different departments, such as the dirty laundry department, the packing department, and the finisher. The variety in tasks and departments keeps your work dynamic. You are very active and work closely with your colleagues. Experience in a laundry or production environment is not required, as you will be well trained and given the opportunity to learn the trade. Working hours are from Monday to Friday according to a rotating schedule, with occasional work on Saturdays around holidays to make up for missed workdays. You can work here 24 or 36 hours per week.
