  • Are you ready to be the first line for customers with data-related questions about various National Facilities? As an employee in this department, you handle complex issues often related to data. Affinity with IT and data is therefore a plus! You usually answer these questions via email, but also by phone or chat. It is your responsibility to ensure that every question is recorded correctly and clearly, whether it is an administrative question or something specialized. At the Customer Contact Center of the Cadastre, you answer daily questions from farmers, citizens, companies, and government organizations on various topics such as cable and pipeline information (KLIC), addresses and buildings (Basic Registration Addresses and Buildings – BAG), topographic and map information (BGT/BRT, PDOK), and geo-information (BRK-Insight and Kadata Internet). You assist customers in consulting geo-information, information about addresses and buildings, cables, and pipelines. You use various sources and viewers and know how to link different basic registrations. You enjoy delving into the customer's question via phone, email, and chat. Additionally, you ensure correct registration of contact moments and take initiatives for improvements in processes and services.

We ask

  • • You feel at home in a dynamic customer contact center environment, where no day is the same and you continuously switch between various customer questions and topics; • MBO4 / HBO working and thinking level; • Recent, relevant call center experience; • Basic knowledge of geographic information products (such as BAG and BGT) and affinity with ICT is desirable; • You know how to handle information sources you have access to with integrity; • A curious attitude, you are precise, have an eye for detail, and good telephone and written communication skills. You can assert yourself, a positive-critical attitude within our department is appreciated; • You are customer-oriented, empathetic, and easily switch between different conversation situations, topics, and customer levels. You can handle changes in administrative processes.

Where will you be working?

The Cadastre is the authority when it comes to geo- and real estate information in the Netherlands. We register and provide data about the location of real estate, cadastral boundaries, addresses, buildings, WOZ values, and cables & pipelines. Both private individuals and business customers can contact us with questions about, among other things, the Basic Registration Addresses and Buildings (BAG), Basic Registration Large-Scale Topography (BGT), and cadastral information about parcels.
