Affinity with IT and data is therefore a plus! You usually answer these questions via email, but also by phone or chat. It is your responsibility to ensure that every question is recorded correctly and clearly, whether it is an administrative question or something specialized. At the Customer Contact Center of the Cadastre, you answer daily questions from farmers, citizens, companies, and government organizations on a wide range of topics. You use various sources and viewers and know how to link different basic registrations. You enjoy delving into the customer's question via phone, email, and chat.
